Market Shark IT

Custom Web Applications and SaaS Development

A custom web application is the right project when a website cannot hold the workflow. Clients log in, staff process a queue, a customer pays, or two teams share one record. Market Shark IT designs and builds that system, then the screens your users actually touch.

We scope a first release that a real user can finish a task in. Later releases add the cases you learn from that use, instead of a specification that tries to imagine every branch before anyone has logged in.

What we build

  • Client portals and partner dashboards
  • Internal tools that replace a spreadsheet and an inbox
  • SaaS products with accounts, roles, and billing
  • Integrations with the CRM, payment, or operations tools you already pay for
  • Admin screens your staff can use without a developer on the call

How we scope it

We write the roles, the main screens, and the one workflow that has to work on day one. You approve that before build. If a feature does not serve that workflow, it waits. That is how a custom build stays a project instead of becoming a second company.

The public site, when you need one, is a separate surface. See web development. If the workflow should run without a person clicking through it, see AI and process automation.

Questions

Can this start from the spreadsheet we use now?

Yes. The spreadsheet is usually the specification. We turn the columns people trust into records, and we leave a path for the edge cases the sheet was hiding.

Who owns the code?

You do. We hand over the repository, the admin access, and notes a later developer can read.

Do you only build new products?

No. We also take over a build that has stalled, provided we can see the code and the person who still knows why it stalled.
